Part B: Documentation and Analysis of Prior Solution Attempts
.) Previous Patents-
.) Existing Products-
.) Potential Market- We found in the survey in part A that 92% of people surveyed have experienced problems with tangled headphones. We also found that two thirds of people would spend money on non-tangled headphones, 83% would spend money on more durable chords, and 73% of people find it frustrating to untangle headphones. On average, 88% experienced problems with tangled headphones sometimes to always.
.) Summary- For part B of the project was pretty simple compared to part A. in this section we did extensive research on previous ideas as to not use that idea as our own and deal with copyright and trademark issues. The purpose of this was also to broaden our own ideas and teach us that there an infinite number of ways to solve a problem if you think outside the box. Altogether this allowed to see what problems other ideas were having and ways to make our ideas that much better. Finally, we interpreted some research date to see if our other people had our problem to make solving it justifiable.
